NOTICE OF ELECTION The Independent Party of Oregon will conduct an election to fill 2 positions on the 5 person  State Council.   The election will be held from September 2nd - September 6th, 2019.

Eligibility:  IPO members who are registered with the party on or before of July 31, 2019 eligible to vote for these offices.  Deadline is 8/28/2019 at 5 pm.

 

A candidate for State Council must be a member of the party, and have volunteered at least 20 hours of effort on party outreach in 2018 or 2019, such as organizing a local chapter and meetings.

 

Time spent on running for state legislative office or for local elected office also qualifies as work for the Party. 

IPO members wishing to run for State Council should send a message to info@indparty.com expressing their interest and eligibility for the office.
