Participate in Party Business

If you are a registered member of the Independent Party of Oregon, you can participate in party business, including nominating and electing members to party caucuses and committees.

We may also in the future post polls and discussions about the party's platform and nominees that are limited to party members only.

To participate in party business, you must first create a new account with this web site. Check the two boxes to indicate that you are an official Independent Party registrant and that you want access to the "Party Members Only" parts of the website.

We will check the Oregon voter registration database to confirm your party membership. If it is confirmed, we will send you a letter by U.S. Mail to the address on your voter registration record. The letter will contain a userid and password you can use to access the "Party Business" part of this web site. When you log in with your new password, there will appear a new block ("Party Business") in the upper right corner of the website.

We will check your voter registration status and mail the new password to address where you are registered to vote. The day after the mailing, we will change the password on your account to the new password.

If you occasionally move and cannot remember the last time you registered to vote, it would be a good idea to re-register. Just go to the Registration page.
